Community Services Director Cydny Neville wishes Happy Holidays and a Merry Christmas to everyone in the Potomac Communities, and hopes you come to Dumfries at 1 p.m. Saturday for the annual Christmas Parade with its theme “Christmas Past, Present, and Future.”
In the New Year, Neville will begin planning more successful events for the town including the 2013 Multi-Cultural Festival slated for spring and the Fall Festival.
