NORTH STAFFORD, Va. — An overturned car on Interstate 95 north in Stafford County briefly closed the highway today.
The crash happened at mile post 143 in North Stafford, just past Va. 610.
A fire and rescue official said the person involved in the crashed suffered a minor injury.
The portion of closed highway was reopened shortly after rescue crews arrived on the scene.
