NORTH STAFFORD, Va. -- A water main in North Stafford burst on Sunday afternoon in the 100 block of Lakewood Drive, in an apartment neighborhood located behind a Wingate Inn on Va. 610.
Public works crews from Stafford County were called to repair the break, and repairs to the water line were said to have been completed about 8 p.m. Sunday. Residual damage to the pavement near the break site still needed to be fixed, according to information provided by Stafford County.
