Stafford County, Va. –– The on again, off again work to replace the bridge deck on a crossing over the Potomac Creek in Stafford County is complete.
The road opened to traffic Monday after the four-month operation to improve the bridge.
Drivers were detoured around affected area as work progressed.
Drivers were still able to access Brooke Virginia Railway Express station during construction.
