“Eggsplosion” Postponed

Stafford’s annual Eggsplosion spring festival has been postponed until Sunday.

The event will take place between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. at Curtis Park in Stafford County.

It was originally supposed to take place between the same hours on Saturday, but inclement weather in the forecast prompted park officials Friday morning to postpone the event.

The festival is the county’s largest spring event, and will feature an Easter egg hunt, moon bounce, pony rides and other family activities.

Admission to the event Sunday will be $9 per child and includes access to all of the activities.

Parents are admitted free to the event. Those with questions are urged to call 540-658-5116.
