The National Weather Service has placed the Potomac Communities under a severe thunderstorm watch for this evening.
Forecasters say we could see some strong storms with dangerous lightening and some hail, mainly before 8 p.m.
Tomorrow, temperatures will struggle to make it out of the 40 degree temperature range, with mostly sunny skies.
Friday will also be sunny, with a high near 50 degrees, according to the National Weather Service.
