Alexandria officials: Give us a ramp from HOV to Mark Center
Officials at the newly constructed and yet to open federal building at Alexandriaâs Mark Center â the behemoth structure at Interstate 395 and Seminary Road â are pushing for a exit ramp from the High Occupancy Vehicle lanes. The facility will become part of Ft. Belvoirâs military installation once the BRAC relocation of federal and military workers is complete later this year.
