Stafford Board gets new video Web site

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. – In addition to watching it live on TV, now Stafford County residents can watch archived Board of Supervisors meetings on the county’s Web site.

A newly redesigned Web site has includes video playbacks of Board meetings from Jan. 5 through the latest meeting on Tuesday, said Stafford County spokeswoman Cathy Riddle.

A Windows Media Player is needed to watch the meetings and so is high-speed internet access. You can watch the meetings live online as they happen, on the first and third Tuesday of each month beginning at 1 p.m.

The televised meetings can be seen on Comcast channel 23, Cox channel 24 and Verizon channel 39.
