Sorto-Reyes was killed after being struck by a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee as he was trying to cross U.S. 1 in the area of Janna Lee Avenue.

Stafford sheriff’s deputies were called H.H. Poole Middle School at 800 Eustace Drive in North Stafford on Dec. 29, after school administrators found seven buses had been vandalized.
Vandals used black spray paint and painted the driver, passenger and back sides of the parked buses, said Stafford sheriff’s spokesman Bill Kennedy.
North Stafford, Va. –– Stafford sheriff authorities say a Caroline County man exposed himself to a deputy.
The 38-year-old victim was coming out of a Safeway at 5980 Kingstowne Center in Fairfax County when a man approached her and then pointed a gun.

A county sheriff’s deputy at 2:50 p.m. Dec. 27 tried to stop a driver on Centreport Parkway.
The driver of the car he was speeding, ignored the deputy, and then got onto the highway and sped off in the northbound direction.
