The “good scouts” were honored last night in Manassas.
Jason Hickman, managing member of Compton and Duling, was given the Good Scout award for the Occoquan District. Hickman received praise for serving on the board of directors for several non-profit organizations and assisting in community fundraising efforts.

Residents got a sneak peak of the Montclair Community Library on Thursday.
It was the second time in as many weeks that residents in Prince William County came in droves to celebrate the opening of a new community library branch. The $16 million facility has been in the works for more than 20 years.
