At 9:20 p.m. Sunday, the Stafford County Fire and Rescue Department crews were to the 400 block of Hollywood Farm Road in the White Oak area of the county, about seven miles outside Downtown Fredericksburg.

One person is in critical condition tonight after a crash on Prince William Parkway.
Fire and rescue crews were called to the intersection of the parkway and Sonora Street in Woodbridge, just across from BJs Wholesale Club at 9:20 p.m.

About 700 protestors marched through downtown Fredericksburg on Sunday afternoon in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

Residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia are going to see the cost of their vehicle registration fees reduced by as much as 25% beginning on July 1.
This news via a press release made by the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles comes as a result of the passing of a comprehensive transportation package that included a $10 reduction in the cost of those fees. This package was approved by the Virginia General Assembly and signed into law by Governor Ralph Northam.

Prince William County Schools (PWCS) students should expect to go back to the classroom bright and early in August, as in a recent press release it was signaled that schools will be reopening on time for in-person learning.
School buildings across the state have been shuttered since mid-March when Gov. Ralph Northam ordered schools closed due to the coronavirus pandemic. The move forced school divisions to shift their educational efforts solely online.
