The body of Brandon Childs, 40, of Spotsylvania County, was found in the Rappahannock River.
Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries reports the body was found about 1:30 p.m. at Fox Spring Bend in Stafford County, about eight miles downstream of City Dock in Fredericksburg.
