A total of 74 new “two over two” homes are being built at Potomac Town Center.
Lennar Homes, the builder, says the new homes should be ready for occupancy in February 2022. The new homes are being built across from the OneLife Fitness gym and are the second set of condominiums to be built at the town center.

Candidates in 13th, 50th House races to debate tonight
Four candidates vying for House of Delegates seats in Prince William County will debate tonight on Zoom. The Stafford County School Board has decided to loosen coronavirus quarantine restrictions.
Officials adopted a policy that will allow parents to choose how much time their child can stay in quarantine after potential exposure to anyone who may have the coronavirus. The recommended guideline provided by the Center for Disease Control is that a person exposed to the virus must be quarantined for 14 days.
Bullets fly in Woodbridge
From Prince William police: On October 12 at 8:29PM, officers responded to the 1400 block of Cottonwood Ct. in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed that two groups of individuals were near the above area when gunfire was exchanged. Some of the individuals from one of the groups ran to a nearby residence and contacted the police, while other individuals fled in a light-colored vehicle prior to police arriving in the area. No injuries were reported. While canvassing officers located two unoccupied vehicles that sustained damage consistent with being struck by projectiles. This incident does not appear random. The investigation continues.
A 17-year-old was killed in a crash on Purcell Road early this morning.
Two teenagers in were inside of the car speeding, police said, when the car flipped about a mile west of Dale Boulevard in Dale City.
