Sentara to offer increased pay, benefits while trying to fill nearly 160 local positions

Sentara Healthcare, Virginia’s most extensive integrated health system and one of the state’s largest employers, says it will offer employees $110 million in pay increases and $15 million in benefit enhancements in 2022.
