The Prince William Chamber of Commerce is seeking candidates for the soon-to-open CEO position that will be open following the retirement of Debbie Jones.
The Board of Directors voted and approved a Transition Committee that has worked to secure a CEO Search firm Anissa Starnes, IOM with YGM, Total Resource Campaigns, LLC, of Springdale, Ark. to manage the nationwide search. YGM specializes in the total resources of Chambers of Commerce through strategic revenue alignment and executive searches, the chamber states in a press release.
The awards spotlight the work, drive, and resilience of local business owners, leaders, and employees that have made their organizations succeed through collaboration, innovation, technology, and customer service.
The businesses complement one another and when Frasher is in his commercial opportunities consulting on natural wood design elements, he refers them to SmithWorx if there is a need for office furniture and vice versa. Smith and Fraser plan to continue to partner with one another and hope other businesses in the area will learn from their partnership success.

Leadership Fredericksburg is a nine-month program that provides an opportunity for a cohort of leaders representing varying sectors to meet in learning settings throughout the Fredericksburg Region: Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania & Stafford counties, and the city of Fredericksburg.
Fellows will meet monthly from September 2022 through May 2023. Sessions occur at businesses throughout the region. Participants hone their leadership skills and meet with notable community leaders.
The Board of Directors of Northern Virginia Food Rescue (NOVA-FR) today announced that Chief Executive Officer, Aaron Tolson, departed from the organization on July 26, 2022.
The NOVA-FR board will be working together under the guidance of President Erika C. Spalding to share the duties of the CEO until a new leader is named. A search for a new CEO will begin immediately. The Gauntlet Golf Club, located in Stafford County, has received $8,800 from the Virginia Tourism Corporation (VTC) American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Sports Marketing Incentive Program. These funds are to support The Gauntlet Golf Club as they host the upcoming American Junior Golf Association Tour Stafford Junior All-Star Tournament.
The AJGA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the overall growth and development of young men and women who aspire to earn college golf scholarships through competitive junior golf. Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center received an American College of Cardiology’s NCDR Chest Pain ? MI Registry Performance Achievement Award for 2022. It was one of seven Sentara Healthcare hospitals in Virginia that received the Platinum award, the highest achievement, awarded to 240 hospitals nationwide.
