Police were called to the scene of an armed Robbery at Potomac Mills mall, on Saturday, January 29 at 1:15 p.m. Officers were called to a Helzberg Diamonds store at 2700 Potomac Mills Circle in Woodbridge.

The Marine Corps Heritage Foundation is offering a special Valentine’s Day wedding package on the day before the holiday, on February 13, 2021, at the museum’s Semper Fidelis Memorial Chapel. Couples will be able to hold a small rustic wedding ceremony or renew their vows in the memorial chapel, located on the museum grounds.
Prince William police will hold a recruitment fair on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021, from 9 a.m. to Noon.
The event will be held at the Charlie T. Deane Station, 5036 Davis Ford Road., Woodbridge.
I-66 East and West approaching Route 50 in Fairfax will be reduced to a single travel lane in each direction for about one mile during the overnight hours next week, as bridge beam installation continues at the I-66/Route 50 Interchange.
Two-way traffic will run on I-66 West so that crews can safely install bridge beams over the eastbound lanes of I-66. Work is weather dependent and could extend to the weekend if there is inclement weather. The Route 50 Interchange is being rebuilt as part of the Transform 66 Outside the Beltway Project.
Police said a 15-year-old girl agreed to meet a stranger she met online, and then was raped when the two went to his home.
The incident took place Sunday, January 23, and detectives learned of the incident on Wednesday, January 27.
