There is new development happening at Marumsco Plaza.
A new 14,850 square foot building is under construction at the front of the plaza next to busy Route 1 in Woodbridge.
A dentist is one of the businesses that will soon open its doors in the new space. To date, it is the only business to sign a lease in the new space, said Jared Kupiec, a spokesman for the Woodbridge District Supervisor’s office.
This new building is the latest in a series of new buildings built on the site. A new standalone BB&T Bank branch recently opened next to a Walgreens Pharmacy that stands next to Route 1.
Todo’s Supermarket is one of the many stores that site at sit on the east side of the plaza, further away from Route 1.
