Woodbridge, Va. –– Could Redskins Quarterback Donovan McNabb soon wear a Potomac Nationals jersey?
The Woodbridge-based baseball team has made an offer to McNabb to trade in the gridiron for the diamond.
McNabb’s future with Redskins has been in question since the end of last season, and on Wednesday, McNabb at a charity event in Washington made a comment about playing for the Nationals, according to press release from the P-Nats organization.
Details of the deal were not made available, and there’s no word yet if McNabb is considering the deal.
There was no one available to speak early Friday afternoon at the office that represents McNabb.
