MANASSAS, Va. – On September 7, a 49-year-old man was stabbed in the arm after an argument with a female suspect, whom he considered a friend. According to the report, police arrested the suspect at the home and the victim was hospitalized for his injuries.

Malicious Wounding – On September 7th at 6:22PM, officers responded to a residence located in the 7400 block of Barbados Ln in Manassas (20109) to investigate an assault. The victim, a 49 year old man of Centreville, reported to police that he and the accused, a known acquaintance, were involved in a verbal altercation which escalated. During the encounter, the accused grabbed a knife and stabbed the victim in the arm. The parties separated prior to officers arriving at the residence. The victim went to an area hospital for treatment. Following the investigation, the accused was arrested.
