While pet sitting, this cutie was found wandering around alone on August 15 around 7 p.m.
He was found wandering between Dumfries RD & Warm Springs RD in Montclair & the Manassas area. He was found wearing a blue bandana(looks & smells like he was just groomed) and has a red collar but no tags (it appears the tags were taken off intentionally).
