City staff is recommending the council approve a rezoning at 9007 Center St., InsideNoVa reports. The plan is 162 apartments and a five-story, 536-space garage on the former Manassas Ice & Fuel site. The city bought the land in 2025. A hotel on the old Olde Towne Inn property is not part of this vote. Potomac Local already covered the Planning Commission recommendation.
