
Dumfries, Va. — Police were called to investigate a case of a sexual assault involving a six-year-old boy.
On Monday, Prince William police received word of a sex assault that took place in a neighborhood in the 3000 block of Pony Ridge Turn, just off River Heritage Boulevard behind a Walmart store, on April 13, 2010.
The victim in this case is a child from Dumfries, according to Prince William police documents.
After an investigation, police charged 38-year-old Thanh Van Le, of Pony Ridge Tn in Dumfries
with aggravated sexual battery, documents state.
He was held without bond.
This is the second time this week a man in eastern Prince William County has been charged with aggravated sexual assault in a case involving a child.
On Monday, police charged a formerly homeless man turned activist, Danny “J.D.” Glass, with the aggravated sexual battery of an 11-year-old girl.
