Troy deserves a beautiful tribute. However, we appreciate in this unprecedented time of the Covid-19 pandemic that attending a visitation or funeral service is not in the best interest of public health. Please be with us in prayer. At a later date, Troy will be lovingly remembered at Memorial services in Virginia and Pennsylvania. The family will publish the date of each service on social media in the coming months, once the virus has run its course and the authorities communicate it is safe to resume public gatherings.
Memorial contribution can be made to the American Cancer Society.
