Gun Pulled in Parking Lot Dispute, Plus Thefts and Arrests in Fredericksburg

A confrontation in a Fredericksburg parking lot escalated when a young white male reportedly brandished a firearm after a traffic-related dispute. The incident occurred November 8 on the 2200 block of Carl D. Silver Parkway.

Also on November 8, police responded to a report of vehicle tampering on Princess Anne Street, where someone found their car rummaged through and signs of forced entry near the window. On Sag Harbor Lane, packages were reported stolen from a residence.

The next day, a theft from a vehicle was reported on Emancipation Highway, with debit cards stolen. A prior theft of a license plate was also reported from Railroad Avenue, dating back to September 30.

Fredericksburg police made several arrests, including three individuals — two males, ages 19 and 20, and one 21-year-old female — on credit card theft and failure to yield charges. A 20-year-old woman from Fredericksburg was also arrested for shoplifting.
