Missing Teen in Fredericksburg Triggers Statewide Alert

Police in Fredericksburg are searching for a missing 16-year-old girl whose disappearance poses a credible threat to her safety.

Jacqueline Odalis Cruz Juarez was last seen at 4:35 a.m. on October 7 near the intersection of Sam Perry Boulevard and Mary Washington Boulevard. She is described as a white/Hispanic female, 5’1”, 135 pounds, with black hair and black eyes. She was wearing a pink sports bra and gray sweatpants and is believed to be on foot.

Virginia State Police issued a CODI Alert early Tuesday morning on behalf of the Fredericksburg Police Department. Anyone with information is urged to call police dispatch at 540-373-3122 or visit alerts.vsp.virginia.gov.

THE VIRGINIA STATE POLICE HAS ISSUED A CODI ALERT ON BEHALF OF THE FREDERICKSBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT ON OCTOBER 7, 2025, AT 0715 HOURS.

THE FREDERICKSBURG POLICE DEPARTMENT IS LOOKING FOR JACQUELINE ODALIS CRUZ JUAREZ, 16 YEARS OLD, WHITE/HISPANIC FEMALE, BLACK HAIR, BLACK EYES, 5′ 1″, 135 POUNDS. LAST SEEN WEARING A PINK SPORTS BRA AND GRAY SWEATPANTS. SHE IS BELIEVED TO BE ON FOOT.

SHE WAS LAST SEEN OCTOBER 7, 2025, AT 0435 HOURS NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF SAM PERRY BOULEVARD AND MARY WASHINGTON BOULEVARD IN FREDERICKSBURG.

THIS DISAPPEARANCE POSES A CREDIBLE THREAT TO HER HEALTH AND SAFETY AS DETERMINED BY THE INVESTIGATING AGENCY.
