A Goodwill of Greater Washington store at 8014 Sudley Road in Manassas will relocate to 8117 Sudley Road, the Westgate Plaza shopping center, across from its current location.
The store is relocating to expand and attract new business from the busier shopping center. Existing employees will move to the new store, although hiring is ongoing.
According to a Goodwill spokesperson, the Grand Opening will be marked by a large sale, but the details are still being developed. Revenue from sales will go toward Goodwill of Greater Washington’s charitable causes, including the operation of two adult charter high schools, a center that recycles some of its unsold merchandise, and the construction of an affordable housing complex in Arlington.
The new hours are the following:
Store Hours
Monday – Saturday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Donation Hours
Monday – Saturday: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
