Pedestrian struck on Sudley Road near Manassas

A car struck a pedestrian on Sudley Road.

The pedestrian was walking in the area of the six-lane road at Rosemary Drive, near the Logan’s Roadhouse restaurant.

According to initial reports, the crash occurred just before 2 p.m. Emergency crews called for a helicopter to fly the victim to a local hospital.

The 62-year-old victim hit the car’s windshield.
