Barabara Washington was born on September 20, 1937 in Fauquier County, Virginia to the late John Blackwell and Emily Skinner. On June 6, 2020, Barbara passed away peacefully at home with her family at her bedside.
Barbara was baptized at an early age and became a faithful member of Oak Shade Baptist Church. She actively served on many ministries and was involved in starting the nursery at Oak Shade.
