Charles was born to the late Irvin and Lorraine Jackson January 4, 1941.
Charlie graduated from Manassas Regional High School. He served his country for two years in the US Army. After service to his country Charlie worked for Lucent Technology and Western Electric until his retirement in 1992.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents and son Bishop Wenzell Jackson.
