NORTH STAFFORD — (Press Release) Virginia State Police Trooper A.T. Burrows is investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash in Stafford County. The crash occurred Nov. 16, 2018 at 7 a.m. on Interstate 95 at the 145 mile marker.
A 2017 KTM Super Duke GT motorcycle was traveling north on Interstate 95 when its operator lost control due to icy road conditions. The motorcycle ran off the interstate and struck the guardrail.
The motorcyclist, Anthony M. Salvadore, 55, of Partlow, Va., died at the scene. He was wearing a helmet.
