Interstate 95 southbound travelers should expect significant afternoon travel delays due to a tractor-trailer crash that has closed all southbound lanes just before Exit 104/Carmel Church in Caroline County.
Southbound traffic will be diverted to use Route 1 southbound as detour route from Exit 110/Ladysmith in Caroline County.
Several miles of congestion exists leading up to the incident scene.
