Prince William police are looking for Jaja Rowe – a missing, endangered Woodbridge man.
According to Prince William police, Rowe was last seen on foot at the Lowe’s location on Smoketown Plaza in Woodbridge at 3 p.m. yesterday.
Rowe is described as a black male, 42 years old, 6’8”, 340 pounds with brown dreadlocks and hazel eyes, stated Prince William police.
He was last seen wearing a green and brown shirt, and a colored scarf on his head, said Prince William police.
