Following a tour of the Rowser Building to honor Black History Month on Wednesday, February 25, 2105, at 5:00 p.m., a special guest will give a presentation. Jim Thomas, Director of the U.S. Slave Song Project will speak at 6:00 p.m. The Rowser Building is located at 1739 Jefferson Davis Highway, Stafford, VA 22554.
