Bryan Samuel, a Manassas resident, pled guilty in court on charges of conspiracy to distribute more than 700 grams of heroin and possession of a firearm in relation to drug trafficking.
In statements filed with Samuel’s plea, it was stated that he obtained distribution quantities of heroin from sources in D.C. and Northern Virginia.
Samuel and other individuals involved with the distribution would repackage the large quantities for individual use, and sell them in Prince William County.
In addition to the sale of heroin, Samuel was in possession of a firearm, which he used as protection during drug deals and in one incident where he robbed a perceived rival drug dealer, according to a Department of Justice release.
U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis, III accepted Samuel’s plea in court.
During sentencing, he could receive between 15 years to life in prison.
