Burke & Herbert Bank robbery photos released

New surveillance photos were released by police. They picture they man investigators say robbed a Burke and Herbert Bank on Dec. 23.

The man in them is described as wearing a black ski mask and black pants.

Here’s information provided by Prince William police:

Armed Robbery – On December 22nd at 12:51PM, officers responded to the Burke and Herbert Bank located at 14008 Smoketown Rd in Woodbridge (22193) to investigate a robbery. Employees reported to police that an unknown man entered the bank and approached the teller counter. Once at the counter, the man pulled out a handgun and demanded money. The suspect took an undisclosed amount of money before fleeing to the rear of the bank. Upon reviewing surveillance footage, the suspect was seen getting into a vehicle and leaving the area towards an unknown direction. No injuries were reported. A police K-9 was used to search for the suspect.

Suspect Description: 

Black male, between 25 & 30 years of age, 5’11”, 165lbs with a thin build

Last seen wearing a black wool jacket with buttons, black ski mask and black pants

Vehicle Description:

An early 90’s model, gray, 4-door Acura Legend with a sunroof
