The shooting victim has been identified as 19-year-old Christopher Nathaniel Weaver, of Woodbridge.
The second victim is a 15-year-old boy from Woodbridge.

One person is dead and another seriously injured following a shooting.
Police were called at 12:09 a.m. Sunday to the 13400 block of Keating Drive off Kingsman Road in Dale City. There they found two men suffering gunshot wounds, said Prince William police.
The two men were taken to a hospital where one of the men died, said police. The victims have not been identified.
Those who live in the area where shooting took place will see an increased police presence today as detectives investigate the incident. Police did not provide a description of a suspect in this shooting.
This is the second gun death in Prince William County in less than a week. On Monday, 16-year-old Brenden Wilson was shot and killed outside Woodbridge Senior High School. Four males were arrested in what police said is a drug-related crime.
