Elem Alvin Nichols, 66 of Woodbridge, VA passed away on July 4, 2014 at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center.
He was born on July 2, 1948 to Curtis and Florence Nichols. Elem loved nothing more than spending time with his family.
He is preceded in death by one son, Andrew Nichols.
Elem is survived by his loving wife, Deborah Nichols; three sons, Alvin Nichols and his wife, Lisa; Joseph Nichols and his wife, Amy; and Robert Nichols and his wife, Stephanie; one sister, Rebecca Garrett; and three brothers, Eddie Nichols and his wife, Ann, David Nichols and his wife, Linda ,and Frank Nichols and his wife, Pam..
He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, Jonathan, Nicole, Jordan, Taylor, Lauren, Gia, Alana, Alexa, and Carleigh Rae. Elem is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Family and Friends will be received at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home, 4143 Dale Blvd, Dale City VA 22193 on Thursday, July 10 2014 from 7-9pm. A life celebration service will be celebrated on Friday, July 11, 2014 at 11:00am. Interment will take place on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at National Memorial Park, King David, 7400 Lee Highway, Falls Church VA 22042 at 11:00am.
