PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. -- A man from Manassas Park was killed on Wednesday in an automobile crash near Manassas.

Crash – Fatality – On July 2nd at 1:11PM, investigators from the Crash Investigation Unit responded to the area of Williamson Blvd and Stonehouse Dr in Manassas (20109) to investigate a crash. The investigation revealed that the driver of a 1996 Toyota Camry was stopped at a posted stop sign on Stonehouse Dr attempting to make a left onto Williamson Blvd. The driver proceeded into the intersection and subsequently crossed paths with the driver of a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe which was traveling westbound on Williamson Blvd. The driver of the Toyota Camry was transported to an area hospital where he died. Two passengers inside the same vehicle were also transported with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the Chevrolet Tahoe sustained minor injuries. Speed, alcohol, and drug use are not factors in this crash.
