The Stafford County Sheriff’s Office has found a new way to send the latest information and updates to Stafford residents, with the release of their new smartphone app.
The app, which is available for Apple and Droid phones, will alert users about job openings and volunteer opportunities in the Sheriff’s Office. There will also be a feature on the app that allows users to provide feedback on the work the Office is going, and information about traffic concerns.

In the future the Sheriff’s Office will be adding additional features. There are no costs associated with the smartphone application.
