Five Males Attempt to Rob a Stafford Woman

WOODBRIDGE, Va — Five males attempted to rob a Stafford woman as she walked to her car.

Attempted Strong Armed Robbery – On August 19th at 9:04PM, police responded to the 2700 block of Potomac Mill Cl in Woodbridge (22192) for an attempted robbery.

The victim, a 37 year old woman of Stafford, reported to police that she was walking to her vehicle in the parking lot when she was approached by five unknown males.

One of the males attempted to grab the victim’s cell phone which led to a struggle. At one point, the victim was knocked to the ground and was struck to her face.

The group fled on foot. No property was taken and minor injuries were reported.

Suspect Descriptions:

The group was described as Hispanic males, all between 16 & 18 years of age, between 5’4” & 5’10”, with thin builds—

1st male was wearing a gray shirt

 

2nd male was wearing a dark gray hooded sweatshirt and jeans

 

3rd male was wearing a red shirt and khakis pants

 

4th male was wearing a white and blue shirt

 

5th male was wearing a light blue shirt and dark pants
