1 Taken to Hospital after Pickup vs. Armored Car Crash

NOKESVILLE, Va. -- One man was taken away in an ambulance after a crash involving a Loomis armored car and a pickup on Va. 28 at Aden Road in Nokesville.

The victim was driving a Ford F-150 when the Loomis car  slammed into the back of the pickup. The collision sent the truck moving forward into a ditch, and left the Loomis truck’s engine steaming. Police on the scene charges for the Loomis driver were pending, but added an investigation was ongoing.

Immediately after the crash, both drivers got out of thier vehicles, the driver of the pickup letting out a scream as he exited the truck, and then called police.
