MANASSAS, Va. — Fire crews are on the scene of a blaze at 7532 Wichita Court in Manassas.
The fire broke out in an apartment building just before 7 p.m. Fire crews forced their way into the burning building after arriving and seeing smoke showing, according Manassas Volunteer Fire Department.
Crews said the fire broke out in a bedroom and was quickly doused. Crews are still on the scene mopping up the mess, and a minor overhaul is expected. The city’s Fire Marshal is expected on the scene.
