WOODBRIDGE, Va. — There’s been another report of a man exposing himself in Woodbridge.
Police arrested a man they said pulled his car behind a 19-year-old woman from Manassas who was walking in Dillingham Square Shopping Center in Lake Ridge, followed her, pulled alongside her, began talking to her, and then exposed himself to her while making lewd gestures. The victim screamed and the man fled the area.
“The victim was able to provide police with a tag number of the suspect vehicle. Officers were able to locate the driver, identified as the accused, at his residence,” said Prince William police spokesman Jonathan Perok in a press release.
Benjamin Price Carter, of 6143 River Forest Drive in Manassas, is charged with indecent exposure and obscene sexual display, said Perok. He is scheduled to appear in a Prince William County courtroom July 30.
This arrest comes after warrants were obtained for the arrest of a 57-year-old man who is suspected of exposing himself inside a Woodbridge restaurant.
Police are also searching for another man seen on a Walmart store surveillance camera is wanted in connection to an indecent exposure near Dumfries on June 11.
