LAKE RIDGE, Va. – Fire and rescue crews are on the scene of a gas leak in on Old Bridge Road in the area of Smoketown Road in Lake Ridge.
The gas line was reported leaking just before 1 p.m. Tuesday, and traffic on the westbound side of Old Bridge Road has been halted, according to Prince William County emergency officials.
Drivers in the area are reporting delays. Fire and rescue crews will remain on the scene for an undetermined period of time while the leak is repaired, said Prince William fire and rescue Battalion Chief Curtis Brodie.
