Kick off your family’s weekend with a Friday performance of “Alice in Wonderland Junior” at the Central Rappahannock Regional Library.
On Saturday several locations are offering free health screenings, including asthma screenings in Lorton and skin cancer screenings at the Potomac Center in Woodbridge. Swing by and make sure you’re in good health for the summer. Also on Saturday, Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center will offer “Babypalooza” with lots of information, samples, resources, and even car seat installation checks from the Sheriff’s Office.
Sunday is family day at the Hylton Performing Arts Center and will include regional performances all day long. The Lorton Farmer’s Market will be open for business on Sunday from 9-1, as well as the Dale City Farmer’s Market.
Further south, the Downtown Fredericksburg Bridal Open House will be running from 3 to 7 p.m. and will teach brides how to fully utilize all that Fredericksburg has to offer to make a wedding a memorable and personalized affair.
