From Manassas police:
On June 26, 2017 at approximately 7:54 a.m., the Manassas City Police responded to Sheehy Nissan located at 9010 Liberia Avenue for a report of an armed robbery which just occurred. The victim stated the offender entered the dealership wearing a mask, displayed a gun, and demanded money. The suspect then fled the scene in an early model purple Honda Accord with an undisclosed amount of cash. The offender is described as a Hispanic and was last seen wearing dark colored jeans. The suspect vehicle was last seen driving north on Centreville Rd. No injuries were reported during the incident. Investigation is ongoing.
The Manassas Economic Development Authority is prepared to pay $1,500 to recoup $5,000 in public funds.
A $10,000 city grant to the now-closed “The NEW School” stipulated the non-profit had to remain open for five years or pay back the funds.
From the Stafford sheriff’s office:
On Sunday, June 25, 2017 at approximately 5:30pm, deputies from the Stafford Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the Motel 6 located at 401 Warrenton Rd in reference to a drug overdose. Deputies arrived on scene to find a female subject unresponsive.

On June 21, 2017, at approximately 0855 hours, The Manassas City Police responded to the intersection of Godwin Drive at Ashton Avenue for a report of an accident with injuries involving a bicycle.
From Prince William police:
Impersonating a Police Officer | Stolen Vehicle *ARREST – On June 23, detectives with the Intel Unit were notified by detectives from the Fairfax County Police Department that they had identified and arrested the suspect who had impersonated a police officer in the area of Prince William Pkwy and Reids Prospect Dr in Woodbridge on June 18 while driving a stolen white 2016 Chevrolet Silverado. The accused, identified as Tyson RASCHER, was charged by Fairfax for charges related to the stolen vehicle. Detectives with the Prince William Police Intel Unit subsequently obtained additional charges for impersonating a police officer and eluding police.
