PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — In an effort to get out of the shadow of larger area counties, Prince William County wants to add to the list of businesses it wants to lure to the region.
Economic development officials want to attract more companies that deal in materials and life sciences, such as engineering firms, and more logistical business, such as warehousing and short-hauling trucking companies, and defense-industry jobs like cyber security, are keys to growth in the county.

PRINCE WILLiAM COUNTY, Va. — The road that will link Sudley Manor Drive with Hornbaker Road near the FBI’s Northern Virginia Bureau off Va. 234 will open on Friday. Prince William County officials will hold a ribbon cutting to mark the opening of the new $20 million dollar roadway expansion near Manassas.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, Va. — A new Sheetz will be built at the corner of Ashton Avenue and Sudley Manor Drive near Manassas. The gas station and food mart will sit across the street from a busy Costco store in a heavily commercial area.
Residents and public officials that approved the new corner market raised concerns about increased traffic, loitering, the reconfiguration of streets around the gas station, and Sheetz’s signature illuminated bright red canopies that house gas pumps.
