Stafford County Sheriff’s Office: “When the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office has its eyes on you, a pursuit won’t last long. A wanted Fredericksburg man discovered this Friday afternoon in South Stafford.”

“On June 2nd at approximately 6:08 p.m., deputies with the Special Problems Unit were in the England Run subdivision attempting to locate David Martin Jr, 33. Martin was wanted out of Stafford for two counts of possession of controlled substances. It didn’t take long for deputies to spot Martin and attempt to make contact with him. Martin attempted a great escape using his vehicle, and in the process, he struck a deputies unmarked vehicle.”

Prince William police: “Maiming resulting from Driving under the Influence – On June 1 at 7:04PM, officers responded to the area of Nokesville Rd and Fitzwater Dr in Nokesville (20181) to investigate initial reports of a driver possible unconscious in the driver’s seat of vehicle.”

“Multiple bystanders attempted to wake the driver who was reportedly slumped over the wheel. Prior to police or fire and rescue personnel arriving on scene, the driver, later identified as the accused, woke, and suddenly accelerated from the area. Witnesses reported the vehicle partially left the roadway and struck a 44-year-old male pedestrian who was walking on a grassy shoulder. The vehicle continued forward where the pedestrian then separated from the vehicle and struck a traffic sign. The vehicle remained in motion, ultimately hitting a fence then a tree.”

Prince William police: “Triple Murder Investigation *SUSPECT IDENTIFIED | WANTED – Detectives have identified the suspect sought in connection to the shooting death of three men, and the serious shooting injury of a fourth man, following an altercation that occurred at a residence located in the 14700 block of Birchdale Ave. in [Dale City] on May 26.”

“A gathering was occurring inside the home when the suspect began shooting. Two of the victims died that day, the third the following day. The surviving victim is expected to recover. The suspect fled the scene immediately after the encounter. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the suspect, identified as Donald Antonio BARAHONA QUINONEZ.”

“The 39-year-old driver had glassy, bloodshot eyes, the odor of an alcoholic beverage on her breath, and admitted to consuming alcohol prior to driving. She was subsequently charged by Aquia Harbour Police for driving under the influence. She was held at Rappahannock Regional Jail without bond.”

“Both victims are expected to make a full recovery. The crash investigation remains active and is being investigated by the Stafford County Sheriff’s Office’s Traffic Safety Unit.”

“While investigating the incident, officers made contact with the neighbor, identified as the accused, and determined he fired multiple rounds from an air rifle which struck the neighboring residence. No injuries or additional property damage were reported.”

Prince William police: “Shooting into an Occupied Building *ARREST – On May 30, detectives concluded the investigation into the shooting that was reported to have occurred at the Babylon Café located at 3081 Golansky Blvd. in Woodbridge (22192) on March 24. While investigating the incident, detectives identified the shooter as the accused, Landry Joseph JOHNSON. Following the investigation, detectives obtained arrest warrants for the accused who was arrested in the Woodbridge area by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force on May 30.”

“On March 24 at 12:22AM, officers responded to the Babylon Café located at 3081 Golansky Blvd. in Woodbridge (22192) to investigate a shots fired call. The investigation revealed an altercation occurred inside the business before the involved parties exited to the parking lot. A short time later, while in the parking lot, one of the patrons involved in the earlier altercation, retrieved a firearm and fired multiple rounds, before fleeing in a white SUV. While checking the area, officers determined one of the rounds entered the front window of the business before lodging in one of the walls of the bar area. No injuries were reported.”

Stafford County Sheriff’s Office: “A public place pandemonium was promptly and properly postponed by police when juveniles participated in underage partying in plain view.”

“On May 29th prior to 1:00a.m. Deputy J.D. Hurt pitched in to respond to Embrey Field, on Freesia Lane, for a phone call regarding suspicious persons in the park. The caller advised there were plenty of people in the park, none of which were predicted to be principals, princesses, or priests. Deputy Hurt, along with other police partners, peeked at the party to see juveniles at play with plenty of booze. Predicting a pursuit, police were patient in their preparations and got into place.”

Stafford County Sheriff’s Office: A Stafford man is in jail after his arrest for DUI with a child in the vehicle on Sunday evening in North Stafford. On May 28th at 8:04 p.m. deputies responded to a possible intoxicated driver in North Stafford operating a grey Ford Escape and transporting a child. Deputy S.T. Myers located the vehicle in the area of Rock Hill Church Road and the driver pulled into a driveway.”

“Deputy Myers made contact with the driver who acknowledged he pulled into the driveway because he thought he had been speeding. He was identified as a 39-year -old male and had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.”
