Malicious Wounding | Felony Child Neglect – On September 13th at 12:38PM, police responded to Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center located at 2300 Opitz Blvd in Woodbridge for an unconscious baby. Family members brought the victim, a 5 month old baby girl, to the hospital because she became unresponsive.

Burglary While Armed | Malicious Wounding *ARREST – On September 12th, arrests were made in connection to the stabbing which occurred in the 3700 block of Del Mar Dr in Woodbridge from September 11th.
STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — A senior citizen was nearly taken for $3,000 during a would-be phone scam before authorities stepped in.
Stafford County Sheriff’s Deputy Kevin Courtman was called to a home on Smithfield Way in south Stafford on Monday after a woman received a phone call from what appeared to be her female friend stating she was in jail. The woman told the victim she was jailed in Fairfax County after running a red traffic light and colliding with at least one other car, said Stafford sheriff’s spokesman Bill Kennedy.

Sexual Battery – On August 31st at 5:20PM, police responded to the Braids, Weaves and Gifts located at 1455 Old Bridge Rd in Woodbridge (22192) for a sexual assault.

On September 2nd at 9:00PM, police responded to the 1500 block of Cherry Hill Rd in Dumfries (22026) for an assault. The victim, a 26 year old woman of Manassas, reported to police that she and the accused, a known acquaintance, were on a boat anchored near the shore when a verbal altercation escalated.

NORTH STAFFORD, Va. — A taser weapon was used on a man after a Stafford County Sheriff’s deputy was punched in the face.
Sheriff’s deputies were called to the Micks restaurant in North Stafford late Sunday after an apparent drunken bar guest had to be removed from the restaurant. Deputies arrived to speak with the man who emitted a strong smell of alcohol while slurring his speech, said Stafford sheriff’s spokesman Bill Kennedy.
