Indecent Exposure – On November 21st at 12:46PM, police responded to the area of Maryland Ave and Enterprise Ln in Woodbridge (22191) for an indecent exposure. The victims, both 16 year old females of Woodbridge, reported to police that they were walking in the area above when they observed an unknown male exit a red, newer vehicle and expose himself. After exposing himself, the suspect reentered his vehicle and fled the scene. The victims were unable to provide police with a description of the male other than noting that he was a younger looking, light skinned male.

3 p.m. UPDATE FROM POLICE REPORTS

Virginia State Police have charged a New Jersey man with multiple felony counts following an early morning incident on Interstate 95 in Prince William County. David A. Servais, 23, of Millville, N.J., is being held at the Prince William County Adult Detention Center on the following charges: threatening to bomb a mode of transportation; abduction by force; drunk in public; possession of synthetic cannabinoids (spice); and fugitive from justice.

Attempted Abduction – On November 17th at 8:27AM, police responded to the Roadway Inn located at 13964 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge (22191) to investigate an attempted abduction. The victim, a 46 year old woman, reported to police that she was walking her dog in the lot adjacent to the rear of the Roadway Inn when she was approached by an unknown man.

STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. — Law enforcement officers found a baby strapped to a car seat inside a motel.

Officers were called to Motel 6 at 401 Warrenton Road in Falmouth at 10:46 p.m. Tuesday after guests said they heard the incessant cries of a baby coming from a nearby room.

Malicious Wounding – On November 2nd at 12:32AM, police responded to investigate a stabbing which was reported to have occurred in the 18300 block of Chestnut Dr in Triangle (22172).

The victim, a 41 year old man of Triangle, was found lying front of an address in the 18400 block of Woodland Dr. The victim reported to police that he was assaulted by 3 males on Chestnut Dr. During the encounter, one of the men stabbed the victim in the neck.

STAFFORD, Va. — A manhunt ended today with a suspect lobbing pipe bombs at police officers near the Canadian border.

Police in Montana captured 25-year-old Laurence Stewart, II, just before 2 p.m. Thursday.


News

The alert, which joins the ranks of Amber and Silver alters when children or senior citizens go missing, is a call to action to find 25-year-old Laurence Stewart who is charged in the bombings of three houses.

The intended targets of the explosions were two Stafford County Sheriff’s law enforcement officers and Stewart’s 23-year-old ex-girlfriend, said investigators.
